This puree is both delicious and nutritious! It is loaded with healthy green vegetables, lean protein and topped off with some apple sweetness. Mixed together you get a puree that is jammed packed with Calcium, Protein, Fiber, Vitamin A and Iron which is very important for healthy growth and development.
This puree is a favorite of my twins. Hearty sweet potato, butternut squash, sweet pear, and creamy butter--NEVER FAILS!

This finger food has been a game changer in my household. I was looking for something nutritious and substantial that my picky twin toddlers would actually eat! I felt like I was only giving them cheese cubes and chopped fruit. But as soon as they took a bite of this soft, cheesy treat that breaks apart in your mouth (great for toddlers who still only have a couple teeth), I only saw small smiles and giggles as they got devoured. This is so good that even my husband and I couldn't stop eating them!

A healthy blend of quinoa, lentils, and veggies! A quick alternative to regular rice khichdi. Easily pureed if need be. Can be spiced up for adults to make a relatively healthy comfort food! This is the go to in our house when our little guy is sick or I need to cook up a quick meal for all of us!
My toddler lived off some variation of this for about a year of his life. This is great for all kids and a nice way to get some veggies in. I found it worked great for him because he had issues with textures. We often made a vegetable soup and boiled pasta at the beginning of the week and would have it on hand to make this meal in a bind all week. Also could serve the soup alone, and it was also a good adult meal.
