Ingredients
4 oz Fennel seeds
4 oz flax seed
2 oz split coriander seeds
2 oz sesame seeds
Directions
1Take all ingredients and dry roast in heated pan for 5-7 minutes and let cool. Once cooled you can fill in jar and have a palmful daily to help boost supply.
