Tomato Basil Tofu
1Saute the onion over oil on medium heat. When the onions are tender and translucent, add the tomato and basil. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Next, add the milk and heat thoroughly and stir constantly. Remove from the heat, blend in the tofu and allow to cool. Once cooled, use a blender to puree until smooth.
