Great way to introduce tofu in your little ones diet. You can puree it, or once your little one is older, serve it as cubed tofu!
Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1/2 Onion or less to taste
4 fl oz milk
5 oz soft or silken tofu
1 diced tomato
1/2 tsp fresh basil chopped
Directions
1Saute the onion over oil on medium heat. When the onions are tender and translucent, add the tomato and basil. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Next, add the milk and heat thoroughly and stir constantly. Remove from the heat, blend in the tofu and allow to cool. Once cooled, use a blender to puree until smooth.
