This banana and black bean puree is an awesome no-cook puree that is super easy and quick to make for all us multi-tasking moms! Its loaded with protein and iron--all essential nutrients for your special little one.

  • Yields: 8 oz


1 banana

15 oz. cooked blackbeans

3 tbsp breastmilk


1Mash or blend all ingredients together to desired consistency.

- a ripe banana works best
- a can of pre-cooked blackbeans makes this an easy recipe
- you can replace breastmilk with water or formula
